Location in Gliwice
The new hub is situated at a strategic location in southern Poland – in the immediate vicinity of the Gliwice-Sośnica junction, which connects the A1 and A4 motorways.

This location ensures efficient access to the key markets of southern Poland and convenient connections to the Czech Republic, Slovakia and other Central European countries.

Gliwice will become another key node in Greenyard Logistics Poland’s nationwide network, complementing the company’s existing infrastructure in Poland and enhancing its ability to serve customers in both the domestic and international markets.
Modern technology and energy efficiency
The facility has been designed using state-of-the-art solutions for frozen food logistics. Features will include, amongst others, an ammonia-glycol refrigeration system with a dehumidification system, highly insulated ‘box-in-box’ solutions, pre-cooling facilities and a modern WMS system, ensuring control over warehouse processes and the ongoing exchange of information with customers.

Energy efficiency is also a key element of the investment. An 800 kWp photovoltaic system will be installed on the roof of the facility, supporting the centre’s power supply and reducing its environmental impact.

The use of mobile racking will, in turn, enable the efficient utilisation of the available warehouse space and optimise energy consumption.
