One of the most important elements of the new centre will be the three flash-freezing chambers . This technology enables the product’s temperature to be lowered very rapidly and allows it to pass through the water crystallisation point in the shortest possible time.
After the freezing process, the products can be sent directly to modern ‘box-in-box’ storage chambers, which ensure stable storage conditions at a temperature of around -18°C.
